We had the pleasure to work with Sunny Tham for almost 12 years. She was the agent representing our landlord for the landed property we leased in Novena. Thanks to her eye for details and her promptitude, the negotiating of the tenancy agreement went very smoothly. Throughout the years, she kept in touch with us, during tenancy renewals of course but also one every couple of months. She communicated very well our wishes to the landlord. Sunny knows many contractors and she provided very good references when we needed to have some repairs done.
